FAQ

1. Will I have the same cleaner every time?

-Yes. If you book a regular cleaning service, the same cleaner will visit you every time. The exceptions are: annual holiday or sickness of your cleaner. You will be contacted and asked whether you want a replacement, or you prefer waiting for your cleaning lady.

2. Do you provide replacement cleaners?

-Yes, we do. If the absence of you cleaner is foreseeable, you will be provided with a replacement cleaner. In any case, the service will be completed on or within days of your due day.

3. Is there extra cost if the cleaner does ironing or comes on the weekend?

-No. You are charged according to the frequency of the service.

4. What happens if I go on a holiday or do not need a cleaner for a period of time?

-We will appreciate it if you contact us as soon as possible but cancellations should be done at least 24h prior to service being due.
In case of longer absence or other reasons we can freeze your services and restart them when you need us again.

5. Can a cleaner come while I am at work?

-Yes. Our cleaners are trained to work unsupervised.

6. Do I need to provide cleaning materials?

-Yes. You should provide the cleaner with all cleaning materials required for completion of the tasks, vacuum cleaner and access to electricity and hot water.

7. How do you vet the cleaners?

-We require documents confirming the right to live and work in the UK, copy of passport or other form of ID, proof of address (bank statements) and recent references.

8. What are your office hours?

-We work from 9 am to 6 pm 7 days a week. Outside these hours please contact us on our mobile number or e-mail address.
